Many of our users may have noticed that big red message displayed on our login page for the last two days, indicating that we were having trouble with our web servers and asking for your patience as we diagnosed and repaired the issue. Well the good news is: that message is coming down today. We'll spare you the technical details or the problem and it's resolution, suffice it to say the issue is fixed and we should be experiencing stable service again. Much of the credit for the timely resolution of this problem can be given to our awesome hosting provider, EngineYard, and their team of super-smart support engineers. In particular we want to thank Justin Pease and Kirk Haines, two members of the Engineyard team who were there for us when we needed their help and who's input led to the problem being nipped in the bud as quickly as it was.
