Since the launch of TherapyLog.com, we've been getting lots of great feedback and feature requests from our users. We really appreciate that feedback, because it lets us know how we can get better, and we think that by responding quickly to those items that come in we build a better relationship with the customers using our product. Because of how helpful this is to the future of Research to Practice, we want to make special mention of one person who has consistently been giving us the information we need to improve:
Jodie Noe of Malden R-1 School District.
Jodie leads our user base with the most feedback items for us this month, and every one of the features she has brought to our attention as a necessity has been well received by other users of our product.
As an example, here are a few features that have been added recently because of Jodie's feedback:
Batch Script Printing: District Administrators now are able to print prescriptions for a collection of students at the same time, rather than having to go to each child's record one by one.
Non-Billable Students: District Administrators now have the ability to disable billing for individual students in their district (by editing that student's record), which is particularly important if you have students in your district who may be medicaid eligible, but who should not be billed for due to other reasons.
Medicaid Eligibility Report: There is a new report available in the "My Reports" section for District Admins that allows them to see all students who have a medicaid number, along with whether those students have prescriptions, whether they have parental consents, and which therapists work with those children.
As you can see, customer feedback makes all the difference in helping us evolve the features that YOU need. Thanks, Jodie, and keep the ideas coming!
