The system takes your password, that you create when you set up an account, and randomly generates a series of numbers and letters that acts as your password. So when you enter your password our system pulls up this assigned number. This way the password that you remember gets thrown out so you are the only person who has access to it. Our tech staff can't pull it up for you. Now thats secure!
Don't worry though, if your anything like the rest of us there's a pretty high chance you may forget your password at some point. You can reset your password by following a link from the log in page and we will email a new one to your email address.
